1. What is the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)?

The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is the most important change in data privacy regulation in 20 years.
This new regulation is designed to harmonize data privacy laws across Europe by a number of increased protections for EU-based users regarding the collection and sharing of their personal data.

2. What constitutes personal data?

Any information related to a natural person or ‘Data Subject’, that can be used to directly or indirectly identify the person. It can be anything from a name, a photo, an email address, bank details, posts on social networking websites, medical information, or a computer IP address.

3. Is AOC compliant with the GDPR?

Art of Click is strongly committed to protecting the privacy of Internet users that’s why we have devoted more time and effort to ensure AOC is in line with the GDPR which comes into effect on 25 May 2018. We will also continue updating our procedures to ensure ongoing compliance.
